Key Activities

• Liase with account officers in the various locations(where applicable) to obtain information / reports
• Collate and consolidate trial balance and financial reports
• Checks and confirms the accuracy of general ledger codes
• Maintain and update the fixed asset register
• Maintain and update work in progress register
• General accounting codes

Reliability of Reports

• Timeliness of financial reports
• Relevance of reports to decision making
• Accuracy of reports
• Clarity / Language in reports

Record Management

• Completeness of Reconciliation register
• Accuracy in filing an easy retrieval of documents
